Real-time portals for drivers, customers, and bookings
I build web applications that connect drivers, customers, and operations teams: trip updates, live tracking, transport bookings, documents, and reporting. This groups related work across several systems.
Replacing a self-hosted PR review bot with Claude Code
Cut PR review latency from ~20 minutes to under 3, decommissioned the GPU box, and gave engineers back the time they were spending babysitting AI infrastructure.
Computer-vision warehouse access control
Replaced a manual gatehouse process that bottlenecked at peak hours — peak-hour gate cycle time went from minutes per truck to seconds, gatehouse staff redeployed, every entry auditable.
FEDeRATED — federated data sharing for EU logistics
Contributed to the master plan and reference implementations for decentralised, multi-modal data exchange across European transport platforms.
CAN bus and FMS data decoding
I built a Teensy-based receiver that decodes vehicle data from two CAN buses and shows the results in a live browser dashboard. The work covers message parsing, signal scaling, multi-frame payloads, and making missing or stale data visible.
Sea4Value / SMARTER — port logistics data flows
Contributed to data flows and real-time driver communication patterns for a DIMECC-coordinated programme on smart terminals and port logistics.
